Suspension of payments for Vacansoleil

The East Brabant court has appointed Mr. Ben Arends and Mr. Lodewijk Hox as trustees regarding the suspension of payments of Vacansoleil. The immediate concern of the trustees and management of Vacansoleil is for the employees and camping guests who are on holiday or are leaving at short notice.

The trustees have started investigating the future options for the Vacansoleil organisation. In the meantime, the employees were further informed by the trustees on Wednesday about the situation. Current camping guests and those who are traveling at short notice are being contacted.

“Because it concerns international guests who have traveled or have yet to travel to different countries within Europe, it is complex to provide immediate clarity for everyone,” said trustee Arends. “We intend to establish this clarity shortly regarding the holidays taking place now and in the coming days. Vacansoleils’ customer contact center tries to assist guests with advice, assistance and -if possible- tailor-made solutions.
